How It Works

01

Schedule an Initial Telephone Conversation

Schedule an initial phone conversation.  During this call we will discuss your needs and determine whether or not my services can be of help to you. Click here to schedule your initial telephone conversation.

02

Schedule a Design Review Session

In the Design Review Session , we will review your designs in detail to ensure we are both on the same page with what is expected and to get your questions answered.  Please prepare properly and feel free to bring fabric swatches, sketches, tear sheets, or anything that will help you get your vision across. This ensures our time together is productive and successful.  Your meeting is YOUR scheduled time, so be sure to arrive on time.  A fee of $75.00 is due upon scheduling this time.  This fee ensures this scheduled time is respected and not neglected.  If after your session you decide to use my services, I will add your work to my calendar and provide you a start date.  The fee is non-refundable in the event of a "no show" or cancellation in less than 24 hours.  Click here to schedule your Design Review Session.

03

Get on our Calendar

We have concluded our initial meetings.  It is now important that you get on our calendar at this time.  Work backward from your delivery date to determine when you will need your patterns.  We will then check our calendar for availability.  If we are unavailable during that time, you will be offered an earlier calendar date.  You will be invoiced for a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of services to secure your timeline.  This deposit is only non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.  Otherwise, it will be deducted from your final costs once the project is completed.

04

The Drop Off

Drop off or mail your base patterns to me prior to your start date.  Make sure your patterns have been trued, balanced, tested and perfected.  Your graded patterns will only be as good as your originals.  The Crazy Grader will not be liable for mistakes made during your pattern making process.  This fee is non-refundable should you cancel at this point.

05

The Delivery

Make final payment (remaining 50% of total costs) and receive your completed graded patterns or 1st patterns via digital format.  For graded patterns, you should take the time to review and confirm that the nested pattern group meets your grade rule requirements.  After verifying accuracy, order your production marker.  Any original base size patterns received will be returned to you upon conclusion of our business.
